We are seeking two motivated and efficient Staff Pharmacists to join a rapidly growing closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Foxborough. This 13+ week contract-to-hire role offers a steady evening schedule, supportive team environment, and a chance to make a strong impact with a client actively expanding their pharmacy team. Term of Assignment: ASAP start – 13+ week contract-to-hire
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (With rotating weekends)
• Closed-door LTC environment with evening hours
Job Duties:
• Conduct initial prescription review in Frameworks
• Perform final medication verification and accuracy checks
• Oversee technicians and maintain efficient workflow
• Dispense medications in compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Support high-volume operations (~600 prescriptions/day)
• Help maintain a culture of precision, speed, and collaboration
Requirements:
• Active, clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience (LTC preferred; open to new grads)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Team-focused attitude — client values reliability and professionalism
