Job Description

Our client, is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to help support their team in Bristol, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team members are able to hit productivity goals, escalate to supervisor if needed
  • Prioritize and delegate workload based on daily pickup times
  • Train new employees on safety procedures and departmental work instructions
  • Inspect and audit orders or finished goods for accuracy, content and specifications utilizing systems where appropriate.
  • Provides a quality standard for order handlers or material handlers to use as a guideline for product quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolves inventory discrepancies, escalating to supervisor as needed
  • Lead investigations of issues affecting KPIs
  • Assist supervisor with random audits. Documents results. Verify processes are being followed to drive Zero Defect.
  • Evaluate process/product through required inspections to ensure conformity to standardized process specifications and quality standards. Participate in non-conformance investigations. Documents results.
  • Assists supervisor in Root Cause analysis of Quality/Accuracy issues and recommends corrective action. May assist with any recommended re-training.
  • Performs a variety of clerical functions including record keeping, reporting and daily performance recaps to management. Input’s information into computer system.
  • Follows all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP’s).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
  • Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing. Basic knowledge of arithmetic.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to drive KPIs
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team building, safety and quality
  • For Distribution, a minimum of one-year Distribution or Quality coordinator experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must demonstrate leadership ability.
  • Ability to navigate in computer systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet & Intranet.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends from the date range of 11/9/25-12/19/25.
