Does traffic affect search position?
Yes, it does. But only for traffic received naturally. But still, it is impossible to estimate exactly how much traffic affects the position.
Why does SEO take time to see results?

I have checked the positions on Google, they do not match the ones you sent in the report, why?
Search engine results are dynamic, it can change, even within one day. Google also personalizes search results, that is, it uses your search history, your preferences, what you were looking for and which sites you opened. In order to check the positions manually as correctly as possible, you need to clear your browser history and cookies or switch to "Incognito" mode. For such purposes, it is convenient to have a browser that you rarely use. For example, if you use Chrome, then install Firefox or vice versa.
Why do I need to pay if the site is already in the TOP?
Even if you are already in the TOP, it does not mean that after some time you will not be "pushed" from it by your competitors. In addition, search engines often update or add new site ranking algorithms. And SEO specialists will keep an eye on this.
