2011
Establishment of the Sem Empire Agency
In May 2011, a legal entity was registered in Ukraine. In August, the office was opened and the first version of the website was published. Contextual advertising was launched in September. The agency's first client was a lawyer from New Jersey.2014
Opening an office in California
A number of force majeure circumstances of that period challenged the stability and viability of the company. And they accelerated their entry into the US market, allowing the agency to retain key employees and clients as well as attract new ones.2020
Company restructuring
For almost 10 years of work, it has become clear that marketing alone is not enough to achieve outstanding results in client projects. Thus, the agency expanded its range of services and turned into a digital business transformation company Semantic Empires.
